今天看完<金大班的最後一夜>（The Last Night of Taipan Chin）。台北人裡的故事都脫不了舞女 、麻將、眷村和軍人等主題。實在太佩服Patia Yasin（葉佩霞）的英譯功力了，我要是有她一半厲害就好囉～

下午把<一把青>（A Touch of Green）英譯版看完，雖然之前就看過原文，再次看到郭軫摔機那段還是跟著朱青一陣鼻酸。
"他知道什麼？他跌得粉身碎骨哪裡還有知覺？他倒好，轟地一聲便沒了－－我也死了，可是我還有知覺呢。"（What does he know? He fell and his body was dashed to pieces; how can he feel now? So much the better for him: bang and he's no more--I died, too, but I can still feel.）
